This beautiful Winnetka home built in 2018 is the exceptional work of dream team Northworks Architects, Page Louisell Design, and general contractor Altounian Construction. Austin Depree, Rachel Thompson, and Keith Labutta of Northworks Architects designed the home’s classic exterior with white clapboard siding, Vermont slate roof tiles, and operable window shutters. A custom kitchen, coffered ceilings, formal and casual entertaining spaces, and gorgeous outdoor areas are just a few elements that make this home stunning from top to bottom.
Interior designer Page Louisell of her eponymous firm used a cheery color palette of blues and pinks grounded with natural woven elements. The cohesive color palette helps the eye run seamlessly from one room to the next. Every space is finished to perfection with an expert balance of color, pattern, and texture. No detail was spared to create this sophisticated but family-friendly home.
